International business development manager

Job description

As a business development manager, you will be responsible for developing the customer network of Bridge. You will start looking for prospects in your home country in your own language. Our clients are long term clients, with whom you will have to build good relations. To support the sales cycle, we have a clear sales process and you will get a serious training before you start the job.

You will look for ways to attract new clients, using our sales process. The sales process consists of a structured approach with supporting documents to move from identification of a prospect to closing a sale with a contract. You will use the internet to find prospects and you will use a lot of email and phone calls to communicate with prospects. You will act as an advisor for the clients, taking them from their current situation towards an effective offshore cooperation with Bridge.

Requirements

We are looking for a person that likes sales and is very entrepreneurial. You get energy from helping our organization grow and from closing deals. You are proactive and can work individually. Apart from this character description, you possess the following skills:

* Very good communication skills
* Good in English
* Interested in / experience with web and software development
* Preferably some experience in sales
