Project delivery model
Bridge has done many fixed price projects during the past few years. We use a proven delivery model to ensure that your projects are always delivered ON time and according to your requirements.
We believe that the most effective projects start with very clear specifications. The next element is the understanding of the specifications by us; if we do not understand something, we will ask what you mean. Simple as that.
In general, all projects work smooth if the customer (you) writes the complete specifications. In this way we ensure that the communication line to us is as short as possible. We will evaluate your specifications and open a dialogue about the aspects that are not clear. If you need input from us for certain parts of the project, we can advise the best solution and add such solution into the specifications.
The delivery model consists of the following chronological steps:
1. You send us the specifications of your project
2. We analyse the specifications and if needed, we send you our list of questions
3. Based on your answers, we complete the specifications
4. We make an offer (a fixed price)
5. You accept this offer and sign the offer together with the specifications’ version
6. We provide you with a planning, possibly with milestones (usually we work with a beta delivery (functional test) + a final delivery (finishing test))
7. After each milestone, we require your testing-report within the period agreed in the planning
8. After the final delivery, we need your official acceptance, the project is closed and we look forward to your next project
